"Dear Customers,
With the COVID-19 crisis changing everyday in so many countries around the world, our commitment is to adhere to the strictest of government advice, and the protocols advised by local and international authorities.
The well-being of our clients, our associates and our staff is our top priority, and you can be assured that health and safety has our full commitment and attention.
All of our employees are completely aware of the current requirements and are undertaking extreme levels of health and safety procedure to ensure that the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained, throughout every aspect of our luxury Motorhomes.
Rest assured that all of our Motorhomes are deep cleaned before and after every Hire by our trained staff with antibacterial cleaning products on all surfaces.
With every delivery/collection we have now introduced a contactless handover procedure for all bookings.
Delivery drivers will also be wearing gloves when delivering any of our vehicles to clients and will follow strict guidlines of social distancing during handovers.
Hire agreements will be sent via email for digital signing ahead of your delivery.
Previously, any member of staff returning from affected areas - or those who had family members or housemates recently returned from these regions - would automatically be asked to self-quarantine for fourteen days.
This has been the case across the company for some weeks now.
As a step further, any member of staff who has come into contact with ANYONE who is even showing minor symptoms of COVID-19 will be asked to self-quarantine. No Question.
It is of vital importance for us to be in a position to ensure that any and all procedures are in place to support the health and well-being of our customers.
